With a background in Plastic Engineering from Shri Bagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Bryan has 18 years of experience in Injection Moulding. Initially focused on manufacturing pharma products, his dream has always been to provide the food industry with the latest and exclusive packaging solutions. Navin Plast stands as a pioneer in developing new products, thanks to its in-house manufacturing of tools and dies. With 14 years of experience in the plastic industry, she brings international packaging solutions to India and specializes in exclusive packaging for the food and bakery industry, constantly developing new products, driven by Loveleen’s deep understanding of the industry. Her commitment to women’s empowerment is also commendable, with a majority of her workforce being women.
